After a rest at the Hotel, we spent the evening in Kilkenny searching for a pint and some entertainment. We went to The Field, which is known as the keeper of the worlds largest hurley. Legend has it that the
hurley was once owned by
Finn MacCool. I'll leave it to the reader to decide.

We had dinner at the hotel, and enjoyed a few beverages at the hotel bar. Day one was wonderful.
