I'm with the band dude...

This just in...

Nabor Dan has been officially invited to join his favorite band as they travel to Oklahoma to participate in a huge rock festival. The band "The Real Me" will be reprising their original name FRONTRUNNER for the event.

We will be traveling to a town just outside of Tulsa for the huge "Rocklahoma" event. FRONTRUNNER will be playing the side stage on Thursday, and then we will be taking the RV to The Lake of the Ozarks for a gig on Friday at Topsiders.

Nabor Dan is very excited about the invitation from the band to participate in this trip, and will now stop talking in the third person.

WTF?!?

I check in almost daily for a month and NOTHING! Then 5 posts in 3 days because you want to ride horsies?

Don't even THINK about posting about your saddle sores.

Or your saddle bags!

My saddle bags are no ones business but my own.

Nordy -

I'm sorry for the inconsistency of my posting. I write when I have something interesting to write about. Believe it or not, I spent May mired in a huge fiasco with my homeowners association, and just couldn’t compel myself to write about it. I was too frustrated to think about it any more then I already was. Once the trip was scheduled I suddenly had something that merited my efforts. Then the invitation to the Rocklahoma gig added some additional fuel to the fire.

I’m planning on doing a bunch of posting in the near term, and plan on including some photos from Dave’s previous trips to the mountains with the horses. So keep coming back and you should have new content fairly regularly.

There is consistency... They are consistently absent.

Oh, you were busy? I was being attacked in the PTO for suggesting that we find a revenue source more reliable than selling wrapping paper; coaching in the "summer" soccer season, which started the second week of May, while track, choir, dance, and all the end of year school events were still in full swing; serving as a Congressional District coordinator in a Quixotic attempt to save this country from itself; AND still checking in almost daily for new witticims and intelligent discourse. Hmm...

Like I could stay away... bisous

ps. your saddle bags may be your "own business" but trust me, we really don't want to hear about the inevitable saddle sores.
